The Metzeler Roadtec 02 Rear M/C in size 160/60 R17 69W is one of our passenger car summer tyres.

As a summer tyre, the Roadtec 02 Rear M/C is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Decent for the price
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Solid choice
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before.
