General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the NordTread online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.

4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified in the order or to a selected partner garage.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

7. Applicable law
The law of Switzerland applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
