The Observe EWS1 has been specially adapted to European winter conditions. The newly developed rubber compound and the new construction offer both comfortable driving characteristics and improved handling on dry, wet and snowy roads.
Even at high speeds, the tyre offers precise steering and driving stability, and the Proxes R46 are original equipment for the Mazda CX-5

Nice upgrade
Solid everyday tyre. Nothing flashy, but it does everything I ask of it. Does exactly what a summer tyre should. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Does the job well
Switched from a budget brand to the Observe EWS1 — the difference in braking is obvious. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
