As a summer tyre, the ML 698+ is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Better than expected
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The ML 698+ grips well on dry roads. Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Stable and precise in summer heat.
