As a summer tyre, the Pilot Sport 5 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

A step up from my old set
Does exactly what a summer tyre should. Happy with the purchase. Comfortable over rough surfaces. Stable and precise in summer heat.
