The Maxxis WP-05 in size 165/60 R14 79T is one of our passenger car summer tyres.

As a summer tyre, the WP-05 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

Okay for everyday driving
They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
